First I was trying to find a house by myself going to different places, then a friend putted me in contact with her. The first steps were to get pre-approved, which she put me in contact with someone to start that process. The next step was to give her all the information about the house I needed, for example how many rooms, how many baths, if I needed something extra on the house, the square ft. and on which area I wanted the house. After this, she started sending me houses that met all the information I gave to her. Then within 3 or 4 weeks she found me a good deal on a house. I was able to a apply to a mortgage for First time Home Buyers which they gave me a low interest rate. She went with me to do a walk through on the houses they had to show but at the end I picked a new one that was under construction. A week prior from closing, she went with me to do a walk through on the house to see if we find anything wrong on the house so they could fix it. And then on the day of closings she was with me during the whole process and answering all my questions. After that she keeps sending me Emails about information on the area. Also every now and then she sends me emails if I have any questions about anything.
